How everything started.

I’ve been an Avon representative for 9 years and a Sales Leader for 7 years. I’m married, I have a gorgeous daughter Danielle who is a Personal Trainer, soon to be married

(after being cancelled a few times due to Covid) and I am now a PROUD Nannie to gorgeous Roxie-Rae 11 months old.

As a trained cosmetic consultant of 25 years, working within a large Boots department store for Max Factor and Elizabeth Arden, I’ve always had a passion for cosmetics and beauty. But..

Hours were long, I worked many weekends, late nights Bank holidays and pay was low, per hour ..

So I knew I had to do something that worked for me, around my family life and my husbands business.

I decided to give Avon a go as a Representative, bullied by my neighbour really as there was not a local representative ..

WOW little did I know my business would take off so fast, and I could give up my part time position… earn more and do less hours and that was really before digital and social media was big.. we had no digital brochure or online store.. all done by brochures..
SO ALL NEWBIES YOU HAVE IT EASY

I have gained many achievements with Avon, having gained Silver presidents club, being one of the top sellers in my area, in uk, gaining Platinum Seller status every quarter, …Also being asked to be a special guest on A Avon training Facebook live and anyone who knows me knows that is totally out my comfort zone .. but so glad I did it thank u to the Avon training team, that had confidence in me to offer me the opportunity to encourage others to achieve what I have achieved with Avon… and this year being one of the first Platinum Certified Beauty Advisors in the Uk. The training for that Avon provide is amazing.

I have met so many new customers, friends, and representatives

You learn about everyone’s life and I now have so many close friends having met through Avon.

My one main passion is my team.. yes I love sharing Avons amazing award winning products, but to be able to encourage and support others with the Avon opportunity is at the top of my list for achievements in my life.. I love seeing them grow…and see there confidence hit the highs, but also to see them earning is a big achievement for me.

So I’m always looking for new team members who have an interest in beauty, and earning an extra income, who also wants to meet new people and join our close knit Avon community.

Myself and my team are always there for each other, we support train and advise in everything whether it be Avon or family or just troubles
